Team Fundraising

For the third year in a row, Team Wanta recruited the largest team for the Oregon MS150 - 58 riders (plus 4 volunteers) (over 13% of the total field and over twice the size of the second largest team of 23 riders). 

Also, Team Wanta raised over $28,000 for Multiple Sclerosis (about 10% of the Oregon 2002 MS150 total), bringing our five-year total funds raised to almost $124,000.

Team Wanta extends congratulations to our friendly nemeses, the MS Busters, who raised over $38,000 this year bringing their five-year cumulative total within close range of Team Wanta ($121,323 vs. $123,945)*.  Overtaking our cumulative total will remain elusive to the MS Busters as we plan to retake the top fund raising honors next year. J
